la bete du Geavudan

under the name Allison argent i'm going to tell you the whole story  behind the argent family. 

the name argent is french for silver meaning hunter the origin of the argent's all started in the year of 1764 to 1767 in the former province of geavaudan in the margeride mountains of south central France in modern day loreze and haute lorie  attacks started to happen when victims were found with their throats ripped out it is said that there was an ancient beast roaming around killing people there was a study that said that there was over 210 attacks total resulting in 113 deaths and 49 injured over 98 of its victims were partly eaten but other sources claimed that it killed between 60 to 100 adults and children as well with over 30 injured theories suggest that the beast was just a myth brought to life but many think it was the work of wolves or a pack of wolves in 2001 the french naturalist Micheal Louis proposed a red color mastiff belonging to jean chastel sired the beast and its resistance to bullets  may have been due to it wearing the armoured hide of a young boar thus also accounting for the unusual colour.^[7] In reality the Beast was not one, but several man-eating wolves acting in isolation. When they were all killed there were no more human victims. The problem of attacks by wolves in those years was very serious, not only in France but throughout Europe, with tens of thousands of deaths in the eighteenth century alone. in the final attacks the killing of the beast marked the end of its rampage on 

june 19th 1767 the beast was finally killed by the marquis d apcher aka jean chastel in real life it was killed with a blessed silver bullet upon being opened and the beast dead the stomach of the beast was shown to contain human remains. 

the beast was known as a ferocious man eating wolf like monster in french was called la bete du geavaudan la bete du in English means the beast of. many weapons that the argents used were the broadsword howitzer napoleon 12 pounder cannonball and explosive shell musket model 1777 and baker rifle rocket rifle wolfsbane tipped arrow and crossbow they also have a manufacture hollow musket balls and bullets to fill with wolfsbane. 

we all know that in real life the beast was killed by jean chastel in the story of the argents la bete was killed by  marie jeanne valet the royal gunbearer praised her and called her the joan of ark it is said that marie and her sister were attacked by the beast marie used a bayonet mounted on the end of a staff  to kill it while defending both herself and her sister  wounding the beast who threw itself river thrashing about before it escaped but it was known the marie was a real girl that killed the beast while it attempted to kill her and it did. these french words nous chassons ceux qui nous chassent translates to we hunt those who hunt us for all of you that dont have a copy of the beastairy that comes with the 4th season dvd it chronicles every supernatural creature that has appeared on every season of teen wolf up to now here are some pictures of the beast

it was known that this monster was killed by a really brave and beautiful girl this happend to be where both the beast and the girl were buried in gevaudan france if any of have you have been there or heard of it you probably already know the legend
