Padmae Amidala's cause of death

 hello everyone welcome back to my blog and today I will be covering the death of queen Amidala from star wars revenge of the Sith . revenge of the sith is mainly my favorite episode of the prequel trilogy mainly because of just Ewan McGregor. back to the subject at hand I have been working endlessly to find the truth on what really happened to Padmae and I have found it. so lets dive in and I will guide you into the dark truth of the Legacy of your Queen.

after working endlessly to find the truth I found something quite interesting I came across the term Broken heart syndrome after exploring the symptoms I have discovered that Padmae was experiencing the same kind of Symptoms that were associated with broken heart syndrome such as severe chest pain, shortness of breath, low blood pressure, irregular heartbeats a weakened left Ventricle and fluids in the lungs over 2 of these symptoms are possibly due to the pregnancy such as fluid in the lungs and low blood pressure. 

                                                                         

the broken heart syndrome is mainly a heart condition that's brought one by stressful situations and extreme emotion both of these were in Padmae's favor due to Anakin's transformation into darth Vader. in a moment of anger he supposedly was the cause of her dying not saving her like he originally intended. the force choke which he used on her did not Damage or crush any organs but did render her unconscious and still alive. both of her left and right sided pressure and cardiac output had Absent iv and central lines. 

                                                                                  

this picture here is Padmae's heart due to an enlarged left Ventricle the heart itself was the size of an Octopus pot. most patients are very likely to survive but in Padmae's case she was in such a state of undiagnosed cardiogenic shock that her elevated left side pressure caused a flash pulmonary Edema    

                                                                         

the flash Pulmonary edema was mainly caused by the fact she was lying completely flat on the hospital bed. her oxygen Saturation was plummeting due to an fatal build up of fluids in the lungs causing Hypoxia and loss of a brain stem reflex that was keeping her alive.   

                                                                      

other possibilities of Padmae's death included hypovolemic shock and circulatory arrest from extreme loss of fluids while giving birth to both Luke and Leia and being left alone by the man that she completely gave her heart to. another possibility is Ventricular Arrhythmia while giving birth to twins she would have had electrolyte Abnormalities from the shifts in fluids from both the Pregnancy and dehydration

                                                                               

 another possibility is Amniotic fluid or Massive Pulmonary embolus that was not present on the initial imaging that occurred in childbirth which would cause hypertension shock and death due to the love of her life being the cause of that death. the robots who were helping her did not know the nature of her condition and did not know the name I remember them saying "for reasons we cant explain were losing her" I think this is mainly them saying that she had lost the will to live possibly due to falling in love with someone that had a destiny of being a sith.
